Please read before processing any orders
IMPORTANT: BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS & AGREEMENTS LISTED BELOW. IF YOU ARE IN DISAGREEMENT WITH ANY OF THE LISTED TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED IN THIS AGREEMENT ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.
Print & File Specifications
The submitter of the file insures that all formatting and grammatical errors have been corrected including spelling, digits, names, and ALL information provided for print prior to submittal.
The file has been designed according to the proper standards for printing- following all guidelines listed at this web address: (http://www.tab-c.com/specs.html). The file has been reviewed and checked and corrected by the provided guidelines prior to submittal.
Due to the fast nature of the printing process, slight color variations can occur and cannot be controlled by Tab Creations. All digital proofs check the layout of the document, the text within the document, but cannot guarantee the exact color due to these possible variations.
I understand that the best and most accurate attempt will be made to produce the highest quality product possible.
I understand that during the cutting process, there may be slight imperfections due to shifting during cutting, especially if the document contains a border.
I understand that no refund will be granted due to color disputes.
I understand turnaround times are only projected estimates based on prior experience and are NOT guaranteed due to many possible circumstances.
I understand shipping times are projected estimates based solely upon the shipping company’s policies and are under NO control by Tab Creations. Shipping can be delayed for a large number of reasons.
Pricing
I understand that all prices are subject to change without notice. It is my responsibility to review an invoice prior to payment and notify Tab Creations in the event of a mistake or discrepancy.
I understand that “Suggested Retail Price” is only a recommendation of which to resell. I understand I am not required to sell at the Suggested Retail Price and the projected price does not guarantee any sales advantage.
Payment
Currently, all payment is conducted via PayPal invoicing. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Bank Accounts. Orders will not be processed until the invoice has been accepted and 100% payment has been completed. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.
Tax and Exclusions
Sales, service, and shipping are NOT available to Hawaii residents under any circumstances.
Freelance Designer & Design Firm Accounts
Individuals and companies enrolled in the “Reseller Account Program” are strictly customers of Tab Creations and are in no way, form, or fashion engaged in a partnership, affiliate program, or any other business relationship. Agreements between Reseller Clients and their respective customers do NOT have any association with Tab Creations and does not bind Tab Creations by any part of an agreement.
An individual or company is not considered a Reseller until the “Reseller Application Form” has been completed by the client and accepted by Tab Creations.
Refunds
All sales are final. Once an order has been paid and approved by the client to process, it cannot be reversed. Color variations and cutting imperfections are non-disputable. Misprints are determined solely by Tab Creations. In the event Tab Creations deems a project “Misprinted,” a full reprint will be granted.
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Cancellations are acceptable prior to payment and/or acceptance of the project. In the event a project has been paid, Tab Creations will cancel the order at no charge ONLY IF IT HAS NOT REACHED THE PRODUCTION STAGE. I understand that if the project has already entered the production process, it cannot be cancelled.
I understand I need to review my file properly and adhere to all guidelines. We are not responsible for files printed incorrectly when the customer provides the artwork. We will not be responsible for any imperfections due to your images being sent to us in RGB format. We are not responsible for any color shifts that may occur if file is sent in RGB color mode or any images printed fuzzy because of low resolution.
Quantity:
The final quantity of your order may vary up to 10% less or 10% more than requested. The exact quantity cannot be guaranteed for any order due to the nature of the printing process. We do not offer reprints due to quantity variations.
I understand that if I am unsure of ANYTHING regarding the project production process, file specifications, guidelines, terms and agreement, privacy policy, or other issue that I should contact Tab Creations and speak with a representative to resolve my issue.
